The Mission Every day, patients, physicians, and pharma companies navigate a fragmented, slow, and complex healthcare ecosystem to find pre-approval treatments. At myTomorrows, we are building the global infrastructure to solve this. Avego’s €25 million growth investment is our launchpad to scale the business internationally, deepen BioPharma partnerships, and build the financial architecture that a company of this complexity now requires. As our Chief Financial Officer (CFO) , based at our Amsterdam headquarters, you will be a central member of the Leadership Team and a close strategic partner to the CEO. You will not simply run a finance function. You will build the financial infrastructure, governance, and discipline that this next chapter of growth demands, across a business spanning technology, regulated healthcare services, and multiple jurisdictions. The Challenges As CFO, you will step into the trenches to tackle four defining challenges: Leading buy-side M&A execution: You will be the primary financial architect behind our inorganic growth. As myTomorrows evaluates acquisitions and strategic partnerships to complement organic growth, you will lead deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and integration from a buyer’s seat, bringing real process discipline to a company entering its first phase of consolidation.
